Job summary

ZEISS Group in Warsaw, IN is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, repair, troubleshoot and calibrate advanced measuring instruments. You’ll complete a ~3-month training program before traveling to customer sites in your region.

After training, you will travel regionally (70-90%), using a company vehicle, and you’ll receive tools, training, travel expenses and a gas card. ZEISS supports career growth and a supportive field service culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Technical/trade school, associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Military technical training accepted.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites in your region to install, repair, troubleshoot, service and calibrate CMMs.
• Document service work and maintain accurate service records.
• Work independently while representing ZEISS in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn and operate high-tech CMM equipment on site.
