Job summary

Carl Zeiss Industrial Quality Solutions, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, repair, and calibrate bespoke ZEISS equipment at customer sites across the service area. You will work with advanced measuring machines and coordinate with service groups to ensure proper deployment in the field.

The role requires hands-on skills with tools, basic electrical test equipment, and comfort with Windows operating systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• Technical degree or relevant military training is advantageous.
• Experience with basic electrical test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, troubleshoot, service, and calibrate equipment at customer sites.
• Provide exemplary customer service and clear communication.
• Document service activities thoroughly and accurately.
• Travel extensively within service area, possibly internationally.
• Maintain flexibility to support operations as needed.
