ZEISS is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel to customer sites, install, service, troubleshoot, and calibrate advanced measuring instruments. The role begins with a ~3 month training program, followed by region-based field work.

You will document service work and maintain records while representing ZEISS in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, plus technical training in electronics or industrial mechanics.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate or GED completed.
• Technical discipline like Electronics, Industrial Mechanics, or similar preferred.
• Military technical training accepted as equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites in your region to install, repair, troubleshoot, service and calibrate advanced measuring instruments.
• Engage in a ~3 month in-field and classroom training program.
• Document service work and maintain accurate service records.
• Work independently while representing ZEISS in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Travel 70-90% within the region.
