Qualifications

• Technical school education or equivalent required.
• 1 year of field service experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and work at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Zünd cutting systems at customer locations.
• Provide remote technical support by phone or online.
• Complete service reports, warranty paperwork, and related admin tasks accurately and promptly.
• Document service activity and machine data in Salesforce CRM.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams as needed.
• Train customers on equipment and software both on-site and remotely.
• Support trade shows, open houses, and demonstrations; occasional weekend travel.
