Qualifications

• Technical school education or equivalent; field service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% for customer sites across North America.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Zünd cutting systems at customer locations.
• Provide timely telephone and remote technical support; document service activity and reports.
• Document machine data in Salesforce CRM and escalate issues as needed.
• Train customers on equipment and software; support trade shows and demonstrations.
