Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Zünd cutting systems at customer sites.
• Provide timely telephone and remote technical support.
• Document service activity and machine data in Salesforce CRM.
• Prepare service reports, warranty documentation, and expense reports.
• Escalate complex issues to internal support resources.
• Train customers on equipment and software on-site and remotely.
