Qualifications

• Technical school education or 1 year field service experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% with overnight travel.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance of Zünd equipment at customer locations with minimal supervision.
• Provide timely telephone and remote technical support.
• Prepare service reports, warranty documentation, and related tasks accurately and promptly.
• Document service activity and machine data in Salesforce CRM.
• Escalate complex issues to internal support resources as needed.
• Train customers on proper use of equipment and software, both on-site and remotely.
• Support trade shows, open houses, and in-house demonstrations, including occasional weekend travel.
