Job summary

Sysmex America, Inc. is seeking a Regional Field Service Technician in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on training to become a Service Engineer, with extensive hands-on experience and travel across the United States during the program.

During training you will travel with a mentor, then support service districts and potentially relocate. The position offers growth into a Service Engineer role and exposure to Sysmex product lines.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 0–3 years in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or Clinical Laboratory Science.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent command of English; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete training to perform Field Service Technician duties.
• Travel within service districts to work with a mentor during training.
• Provide service support in respective service districts after training.
• Travel during training up to 50% within the United States.
• Move into an SE position after successful program completion.
• Install, maintain, and repair Sysmex instruments and systems.
• Document service activities and maintain records.
• Work with other Sysmex personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
