Job summary

Eaton's Engineering Service & Systems Division is seeking an Early Career Field Service Technician to join our team. The program targets recent technical graduates eager for a hands-on career in the electrical power industry, with mentorship and structured training to build essential field skills.

In this role you will support installation, testing, startup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical power distribution equipment, both on-site and remotely.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field (or expected completion within 6 months).
• Minimum GPA 2.8 or higher.
• Must have valid driver's license with clean record.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, testing, startup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical power distribution equipment.
• Learn to safely use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment and work on-site and remotely with experienced technicians.
