Eaton’s Engineering Service & Systems Division is seeking an Early Career Field Service Technician in Houston. The program targets recent technical graduates to gain hands-on experience in installing, testing, starting up, maintaining, and repairing electrical power distribution equipment.

Qualifications
- Must have an Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field, or expect completion within 6 months.
- GPA of 2.8 or higher.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation, testing, startup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical power distribution equipment.
- Learn to safely use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment and support on-site and remotely.
- Participate in structured training combining classroom, virtual, and hands-on instruction.
