Eaton's Engineering Service & Systems Division is seeking an Early Career Field Service Technician in the United States. This program targets recent technical school graduates eager to start a hands-on career in electrical power distribution.

You will learn to install, test, startup, maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment while gaining practical field experience and mentorship. A structured training plan and travel within the district support your growth.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or expected completion within 6 months in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or Mechatronics.
• Minimum GPA 2.80 or higher.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT plans.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Aufgaben

• Assist with installation, testing, startup, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical power distribution equipment.
• Learn to safely use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment and support customers on-site and remotely.
• Participate in a structured training program combining classroom, virtual, hands-on training, and on-the-job experience.
• Work with experienced field service professionals to gain practical experience and contribute to service projects.
