Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Early Career Field Service Technician to join the Engineering Service & Systems Division. The program targets recent technical graduates for hands-on work in installation, testing, startup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical power equipment.

You will train through classroom and hands-on sessions, receiving mentorship and gaining skills for future growth within Eaton. Competitive salary and a broad benefits package accompany this role.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field, or expected completion within 6 months.
GPA 2.80 or higher.
Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
No immigration sponsorship support.

Responsibilities

Assist with installation, testing, startup, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical power distribution equipment.
Learn to safely use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
Support customers on-site and remotely on service projects.
Participate in structured training and mentorship programs.
