Job summary

Stallion Infrastructure Services, Ltd. is seeking a Service Technician I to install, configure, and repair communication and surveillance systems for remote field sites. You will support mobile cellular, wireless, satellite equipment, IP cameras, and NVRs while delivering hands-on technical support.

The role requires ability to troubleshoot, work independently, and maintain strong customer satisfaction. You will travel as needed, lift up to 60 lbs, and use Outlook, Excel, and Word daily.

Qualifications

• Two-year vocational or technical program completed.
• 1–2 years of experience in surveillance, communications, or related low-voltage installation work.
• Knowledge of low-voltage systems and basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with IP-based cameras and VMS.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and repair communication systems.
• Support surveillance systems including IP cameras and NVRs.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking, telephony, and satellite equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and system checks.
• Communicate progress to customers, project managers, and management.
• Crosstrain and collaborate with additional field operations as required.
