Job summary

Stallion Infrastructure Services is seeking a Service Technician I to perform setup, installation, and repair of electronic communication and surveillance systems for remote field sites. This role provides field support for telecom and security equipment and requires hands-on technical skills with a strong troubleshooting ability and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

Two-year vocational or technical program or equivalent field experience.
1–2 years of experience in surveillance, communications, or related low-voltage installation work.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and repair communication systems including mobile cellular equipment, wireless network products, and satellite equipment (PBX, modems, routers, satellite terminals, and wired connections).
Support maintenance and repair of surveillance systems including IP cameras and NVRs.
Configure and troubleshoot network, telephony, and satellite terminal-related systems.
Perform routine maintenance and system checks; complete field retrofits and upgrades.
Communicate job progress and issues to customers, project managers, and management.
Crosstrain and collaborate with additional field operations as required.
