Job summary

Stallion Infrastructure Services seeks a Service Technician I to install, configure, and repair electronic communication and surveillance systems at remote and field sites. You will support mobile cellular, wireless networks, and satellite equipment, along with IP cameras and NVRs.

The role requires hands-on technical skills, strong troubleshooting, and a customer-first attitude. Field work, occasional travel, and lifting up to 60 lbs are expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic networking concepts and low-voltage systems.
• Familiarity with Video Management Systems (VMS) and IP-based cameras.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal remote guidance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and repair communication systems including mobile cellular equipment, wireless network products, and satellite equipment.
• Support maintenance and repair of surveillance systems including IP cameras and NVRs.
• Configure and troubleshoot network, telephony, and satellite terminal systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and system checks; complete field retrofits and upgrades.
• Communicate job progress and issues to customers, project managers, and management.
• Crosstrain and collaborate with additional field operations as required.
