Job summary

Stallion Infrastructure Services is seeking a Service Technician I to perform setup, installation, and repair of electronic communication and surveillance systems across remote sites. This role supports field-based projects and requires hands-on technical skills.

The position emphasizes troubleshooting, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision. Travel, lifting up to 60 lbs, and a valid driver's license are expected.

Qualifications

Two-year vocational/technical program or equivalent field experience.
1–2 years of experience in surveillance, communications, or related low-voltage installation work.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and repair communication systems including mobile cellular, wireless network, and satellite equipment.
Support maintenance and repair of surveillance systems including IP cameras, NVRs.
Configure and troubleshoot network, telephony, and satellite terminal systems.
Perform routine maintenance and system checks; complete field retrofits and upgrades.
Communicate job progress and issues to customers, project managers, and management.
Cross train and collaborate with additional field operations as required.
