Job summary

Stallion Infrastructure Services, Ltd. is seeking a Service Technician I to perform setup, installation, and repair of electronic communication and surveillance systems at remote field sites.

You will provide hands-on field support for telecom, IP cameras, NVRs, and related equipment, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and customer service. The role requires independent work, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Two-year vocational or technical program or equivalent field experience.
• 1–2 years surveillance, communications, or related low-voltage installation work.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and travel as needed.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and repair communication systems including mobile cellular equipment and satellite equipment.
• Support maintenance and repair of surveillance systems including IP cameras and NVRs.
• Configure and troubleshoot network, telephony, and satellite terminal systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and system checks; complete field retrofits and upgrades.
• Communicate job progress and issues to customers, project managers, and management.
• Crosstrain and collaborate with additional field operations as required.
