Job summary

Stallion Infrastructure Services is seeking a Service Technician I to perform setup, installation, and repair of electronic communication and surveillance systems at remote and field sites. You will support field operations, troubleshoot, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on technical skills, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and a clean driving record. Travel to sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Two-year vocational or technical program or equivalent field experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in surveillance, communications, or related low-voltage installation work.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and repair communication systems including mobile cellular equipment, wireless networks, and satellite gear.
• Support maintenance and repair of surveillance systems such as IP cameras and NVRs.
• Configure and troubleshoot network, telephony, and satellite terminal-related systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and system checks; complete field retrofits and upgrades.
• Communicate job progress and issues to customers, project managers, and management.
• Crosstrain and collaborate with additional field operations as required.
