Job summary
Stallion Infrastructure Services is seeking a Service Technician I to install, configure, and repair electronic communication and surveillance systems at remote sites. You will support field operations, troubleshoot networked equipment, and provide excellent customer service on job sites for various telecom and security products.
The role requires hands-on technical skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong focus on problem-solving and safety.
Qualifications
- Two-year vocational or technical training or equivalent field experience.
- 1–2 years in surveillance, communications, or related low-voltage installation work.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and repair communication systems.
- Support maintenance of IP cameras and NVRs.
- Configure and troubleshoot network, telephony, and satellite systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and retrofits.
- Communicate progress to customers and project managers.
- Crosstrain and assist field operations as needed.
