Job summary
Stallion Infrastructure Services is seeking a Service Technician I to install, configure, and repair electronic communication and surveillance systems for remote and field sites. You will support field techs, troubleshoot low‑voltage installations, and ensure customer‑focused service across projects.
Required are two years of vocational training or related experience, plus ability to lift up to 60 lbs and travel as needed.
Qualifications
- Two-year vocational or technical program or equivalent field experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in surveillance, communications, or related low‑voltage installation work.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and repair communication systems including mobile cellular equipment, wireless networks, and satellite terminals.
- Support maintenance and repair of surveillance systems including IP cameras and NVRs.
- Configure and troubleshoot network, telephony, and satellite terminal systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and system checks; complete field retrofits and upgrades.
- Communicate job progress and issues to customers and management.
- Crosstrain and collaborate with additional field operations as required.
