Carolina Handling, a Raymond Dealer, is a leading integrator of automation systems for warehouses and manufacturers. Field Technicians are a key contact for customers, servicing lift trucks and equipment with a strong emphasis on safety, training, and professional client interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance, repair or installation experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and electronics; able to read schematics and manuals.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical problems and perform installations and repairs.
• Interact with customers to understand concerns and recommend actions.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company well.
• Execute repairs efficiently and address issues promptly.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on contracted equipment per policy.
• Maintain parts inventory in the service van for tasks.
• Keep the service van stocked and maintained.
• Follow safety guidelines at customer sites and for equipment.
• Perform other duties as needed to support operations.
