Carolina Handling seeks skilled Field Technicians to service lift trucks and vehicles at customer sites, acting as the main contact for customers. You will diagnose electro-mechanical issues, perform installations and repairs, and uphold safety and professionalism in every interaction.

Qualifikationen

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of related field experience preferred (maintenance, repair or installation).
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and electronics; read schematics and manuals.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshooting electro-mechanical problems and performing installations and repairs.
• Interact with customers to understand concerns and recommend actions.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold customer service standards.
• Execute repairs efficiently and address situations promptly and professionally.
• Perform scheduled maintenance for contracted customers per company policies.
• Manage parts and supplies inventory in the service van.
• Maintain the service van and ensure it is stocked with necessary equipment.
• Adhere to customer safety and housekeeping guidelines on-site.
• Support operations and take on additional duties as needed.
