Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of related maintenance, repair, or installation experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and electronic systems; reads schematics and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting: identify and diagnose electro-mechanical problems and perform installations and repairs.
• Customer Interaction: communicate with customers to understand concerns and resolve issues.
• Professionalism: maintain a professional demeanor and foster goodwill with customers.
• Repair Work: execute repairs efficiently addressing situations promptly and professionally.
• Scheduled Maintenance: perform maintenance tasks for contracted customers per policies.
• Inventory Management: track parts and supplies in the service van.
• Van Maintenance: keep the service van stocked and maintained.
• Safety Compliance: follow customer safety guidelines at sites.
• Perform any other duties as assigned to support operations.
