Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of related experience in maintenance, repair, or installation preferred.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and electronic systems; reading schematics and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting: identify and diagnose electro‑mechanical problems, install and repair equipment.
• Customer Interaction: understand concerns, recommend actions, ensure customer satisfaction.
• Professionalism: maintain a professional demeanor and strong customer service.
• Repair Work: perform repairs efficiently and address issues promptly.
• Scheduled Maintenance: perform maintenance for contracted customers per policy.
• Inventory Management: track parts and supplies in the service van.
• Van Maintenance: keep the service van stocked and maintained.
• Safety Compliance: adhere to safety guidelines at customer sites.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support operations.
