Qualifications

• Background checks including drug screening and motor vehicle record checks.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 1–3 years in maintenance, repair, or installation preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals is essential.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical problems and perform installations and repairs.
• Interact with customers to understand concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company positively.
• Execute repairs efficiently and address situations promptly and professionally.
• Perform scheduled maintenance for contracted customers according to policy.
• Keep track of parts and supplies in the service van and ensure resources are available.
• Maintain the service van and ensure it is stocked with needed equipment.
• Adhere to customer safety and housekeeping guidelines at sites.
