Job summary

Carolina Handling, a Raymond Dealer, is seeking Field Technicians to service lift trucks and industrial vehicles at customer sites. You will diagnose electro-mechanical issues, install and repair equipment, and be the main point of contact for customers.

This role includes a company-provided service van, comprehensive training, overtime opportunities, and clear path for career growth within a leading automation integrator.

Qualifications

• You should have 1–3 years of maintenance, repair, or installation experience.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing electro-mechanical problems; install and repair as needed.
• Interact with customers to understand concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively.
• Perform repairs efficiently and address issues promptly.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance on equipment for contracted customers.
• Keep parts and supplies inventory in the service van organized.
• Maintain the service van and ensure necessary equipment is stocked.
• Adhere to safety guidelines at customer sites and ensure safety.
• Perform any other duties as assigned to support operations.
