Carolina Handling, LLC is seeking a Field Technician to service lift trucks and equipment at customer sites. You will diagnose electro-mechanical problems, perform installations and repairs, and maintain a professional relationship with clients.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and ensuring safety compliance while traveling to customer sites daily. A strong mechanical/electrical background and a clean driving record are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment checks include background checks, drug screenings, and motor vehicle record checks.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of related maintenance, repair, or installation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting: identify and diagnose electro-mechanical problems and perform installations and repairs.
• Customer Interaction: communicate with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Professionalism: maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company well.
• Repair Work: execute repairs promptly and effectively.
• Scheduled Maintenance: perform maintenance for contracted customers per policies.
• Inventory Management: track parts and supplies in service van.
• Van Maintenance: keep service van stocked and functional.
• Safety Compliance: adhere to safety guidelines at customer sites.
• Other duties: support overall operations and objectives.
