Qualifications

• Strong communication with customers and teammates.
• Ability to diagnose electro-mechanical problems using schematics/manuals.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites daily.
• Capable of lifting and performing physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing electro-mechanical issues with equipment.
• Interact directly with customers to understand concerns and recommend actions.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and deliver excellent service.
• Perform repairs and installations as needed and address maintenance checks.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance for contracted customers per policy.
• Manage parts inventory in the service van for repairs.
• Keep the service van stocked and maintained.
• Adhere to safety guidelines when working at customer sites.
• Perform any other duties to support operations.
