Job summary

Leidos SES Operations seeks skilled field technicians to install, repair, and test complex equipment at customer sites worldwide. You will troubleshoot electronics, coordinate repairs, and update CRM work orders while ensuring adherence to contractual SLAs.

The role requires travel, strong communication with customers, and the ability to work in demanding environments. A related trade background or military training is preferred, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years troubleshooting and field repair of electrical/electronic systems.
• Related trade experience or military training in electrical/mechanical/electronic disciplines.
• Proficient with MS Office and ability to learn specialized software.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, modification and repair of complex equipment on customer sites.
• Conduct on-site testing to ensure equipment operates correctly.
• Isolate malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Update work orders in CRM systems (Salesforce, Maximo, GURU).
• Coordinate repair activities and manage resources to meet SLAs.
• Travel to customer sites as required and work in 24/7 environments.
