Job summary

Leidos LLC is seeking a field service professional to install, repair, and test complex electronic/electrical equipment at customer sites across domestic and international locations.

You will troubleshoot equipment in a 24/7 environment, update work orders in CRM systems, and collaborate with customers to ensure SLA adherence. Role requires flexibility and travel with a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in electrical/electronic field service.
• Trade experience in electrical, electronic or mechanical fields.
• Proficient with MS Office; able to learn specialized software.
• Strong communication and customer focus.
• Willing to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Performing on-site installation, modification and repair of complex equipment.
• Conducting on-site testing to ensure proper operation.
• Isolating startup malfunctions and taking corrective action.
• Managing repair activities to meet SLAs.
• Updating work orders in CRM systems (Salesforce, Maximo, GURU).
• Travel to customer sites as required.
