Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems.
• Ability to pass an in-depth background check (TSA eQIP).
• Willingness to travel at short notice, with valid travel documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer support activities involving installation and repair of equipment.
• Conduct on-site testing and ensure equipment is working properly.
• Manage repair activities adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
