Job summary

Leidos is seeking a field service engineer to install, repair, and test complex equipment at customer sites. The role requires traveling domestically and internationally and handling on-call duties to meet SLA commitments.

The candidate should have 2+ years in electrical/electronic field service, strong communication, and the ability to work in a 24/7 customer environment. TSA eQIP background check is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years troubleshooting and field repair of electrical/electronic systems.
• Excellent communication skills with strong customer focus; travel on short notice.
• Must pass TSA eQIP background check and be able to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and repair complex equipment and systems at customer sites.
• Perform on-site installation and testing to verify proper operation.
• Isolate malfunctions and take corrective action.
• Update work orders in CRM systems (Salesforce, Maximo, GURU).
