Job summary

Leidos is seeking a field service technician to install, repair, and test complex equipment at customer sites worldwide. You will diagnose failures, coordinate repairs, and update work orders in CRM systems, often working in a 24/7 environment and traveling on short notice.

The role requires excellent communication, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to pass TSA eQIP background checks. Travel will be domestic and international as required.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience troubleshooting and field repair of electrical/electronic systems and equipment.
• Excellent communications skills with strong customer focus and teamwork.
• Willing and able to travel on short notice and pass TSA eQIP background check.

Responsibilities

• Performing on-site installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
• Conducting on-site testing to ensure proper operation and diagnosing malfunctions.
• Isolating start-up issues and taking corrective action to meet SLA requirements.
• Managing work orders in CRM systems (Salesforce, Maximo, and GURU) and updating status.
• Coordinating repair activities and maintaining schedules in a 24/7 customer environment.
