Job summary

Leidos' Security Enterprise Solutions (SES) Operation seeks a field service technician to install, modify and repair complex equipment at customer sites. You will test on-site, isolate malfunctions and coordinate repairs to meet SLAs.

Domestic and international travel is required. Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential for success in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Related trade experience (electrical, electronic, mechanical) or military training and 2+ years of field service work.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical/electronic systems on-site.
• Strong customer focus, teamwork and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify and repair complex equipment and systems at customer sites.
• Perform on-site testing to ensure proper operation and quality.
• Isolate malfunctions and take corrective actions to restore service.
• Update work orders in CRM systems (Salesforce, Maximo, GURU) and coordinate repairs to meet SLAs.
