Job summary

Leidos is seeking a field service technician for SES Operations to install, modify, and repair complex equipment for security solutions worldwide.

The role requires 2+ years of electrical or mechanical experience, strong customer service, and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally. Proficiency with CRM tools and ability to work in a 24/7 customer environment will be valued.

Qualifications

• 2 years of electrical or mechanical field service experience.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical/electronic systems.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
• Must pass TSA eQIP background check.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and repair complex equipment and systems for customers.
• On-site installation and testing to ensure proper operation.
• Isolate startup malfunctions and take corrective action.
• Coordinate repair activities to meet service level agreements.
• Travel domestically and internationally to customer sites as required.
• Update work orders in CRM systems (Salesforce, Maximo, GURU).
