Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Specialist to service and support existing customers, respond to service calls, and manage small projects within our dynamic culture in Medina, Ohio.

You will troubleshoot, repair, install and configure access control systems and associated equipment, travel locally as needed, and contribute to customer satisfaction through proactive, safety-minded service delivery. Competitive hourly pay and strong benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems.
• Solid technical skills related to fire/electronic security systems.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; able to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and some non-routine service calls, diagnose and repair equipment.
• Install, configure, and support access control systems and related networks.
• Complete detailed service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Collaborate with team to cross-train on servicing existing customers.
