Job summary

Packsize International is hiring a Machine Technician to install, configure and maintain equipment at customer facilities in Fletcher, NC. You will start up, troubleshoot and train users while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires reading technical docs, working with cross-functional teams, and adhering to safety protocols. The position emphasizes problem solving, ongoing learning about customer operations, and travel for initial and periodic training.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or vocational training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Packsize equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot issues using technical drawings and documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency services as needed.
• Train customers on product capabilities and maintenance.
• Communicate clearly with Packsize and customer personnel.
