Job summary

Packsize International seeks a Resident Service Engineer to install, configure and maintain Packsize equipment onsite at customer facilities in Indianapolis. Schedule: Monday - Thursday 5pm-3:30am.

You will perform start-up testing, deliver training on product capabilities, and build strong customer relationships. The role requires troubleshooting, safety awareness, and the ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, Software and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus.
• Knowledge of Windows platforms.
• Knowledge of and use of hand tools.
• Knowledge of mechanical platforms.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• MS Excel/Google Sheets familiarity is helpful.
• Associates Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling tasks at a customer's job sites.
• Troubleshooting issues using technical drawings and documentation.
• Work cross-functionally with R&D, Software and Quality Engineering teams.
• Performing routine maintenance and emergency services as they arise.
• Analyze customer KPIs to identify machine performance issues.
• Installation of Packsize solutions and training others to use and maintain it.
• Prepare and submit expense reports and travel arrangements.
