Job summary

Amcor is seeking an onsite equipment service technician in Madison, WI to service Rotary Vacuum Chamber and other packaging equipment at protein processor plants. The role requires mechanical and electrical aptitude and a safety-first mindset to resolve issues and satisfy customer needs.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent in electrical or mechanical technology preferred.
• Megatronics training or certification is a plus.
• Must be able to drive, stand, and handle physical tasks as described.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite service for Rotary Vacuum Chamber and packaging equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to keep equipment running.
• Install and start-up packaging equipment and train customers on operation.
• Document activities and maintain accurate reports.
