Job summary

Amcor is seeking a field service technician to deliver onsite service for Rotary Vacuum Chamber and related packaging equipment at protein processor plants. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and support installation and start-up efforts with Amcor materials.

The role requires 3–5 years in the food packaging industry, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and a willingness to travel up to 75%. Safety and collaboration with customers and internal teams are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent in electrical/mechanical tech preferred.
• Megatronics training or certification preferred.
• 3–5 years in food packaging industry recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient onsite service for Rotary Vacuum Chamber and packaging equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and technical support.
• Lead trainings and assist in installation/start-up of equipment.
