Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in electrical or mechanical technology.
• Megatronics training and certification preferred.
• Willing to travel 75% or more and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provides onsite service for Rotary Vacuum Chamber and packaging equipment at customer facilities.
• Troubleshoots mechanical and electrical issues to maintain optimum equipment performance.
• Performs preventative maintenance and technical support for packaging equipment.
• Documents work activities and time utilization accurately.
• Assists in installation, startup, and potential rebuilds of equipment.
• Trains customers on proper operation and maintenance.
