Job summary

Amcor is seeking a service professional to provide onsite maintenance and support for Rotary Vacuum Chamber and other packaging equipment at protein processor plants. You will troubleshoot, service, and optimize performance while upholding safety and safety reporting standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in food packaging, a technical degree or equivalent, and travel up to 75% with a valid driver’s license. Training and collaboration with AFNA staff are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in electrical or mechanical technology or similar discipline preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in the food packaging industry (material & machinery) preferred.
• Willing to travel 75% or more and holds a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities.
• Services customer equipment to maintain optimum performance of equipment and materials.
• Provides preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and technical support for Rotary Chamber and other packaging equipment at customer facilities.
