Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a field-service oriented technician to provide efficient onsite service for Rotary Vacuum Chamber and other packaging equipment at protein processor plants. You will troubleshoot, maintain and repair equipment, ensuring safe, reliable operation and timely reporting of work activities.

You should have 3–5 years in food packaging, a technical degree, and be prepared to travel up to 75% with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical Degree or equivalent in electrical or mechanical technology preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in food packaging industry (material & machinery).
• Willing to travel 75%+ and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities.
• Serves customer equipment and maintains optimum performance of packaging equipment.
• Provides preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and technical support for Rotary Chamber and other equipment.
