Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with packaging system manufacturing and assembly (preferred).
• 3 years of experience as a Service Technician (preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites for installations and servicing systems.
• Provide machine calibrations, installations, and troubleshooting.
• Write detailed service reports and feedback.
