PTI’s Global Technical Support (GTS) team is responsible for installing and servicing the most sophisticated container closure system inspection technologies in the world.
This role provides service support to customers by installing, calibrating, validating and/or troubleshooting PTI’s leak detection and seal inspection equipment. Responsibilities include traveling to customer sites to install new systems and/or service existing systems (yearly calibration and PM). When not traveling, the technician will work from our offices to assist with system calibrations, testing, product demonstrations, and remote/virtual service. The technician may attend tradeshows/conferences to assist the team with equipment and potential customer interactions. This position offers the opportunity to interact with PTI’s global customer community to ensure total satisfaction with inspection systems and service experience.
