Job summary

ProMach, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to support installation, maintenance, and repair of automated packaging equipment across customer sites in the US. The role requires diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues and providing on-site service and training to customers.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in machinery repair, familiarity with PLC systems, and willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%). A Technical Associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in machinery repair.
• PLC programming experience preferred.
• Technical Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues for customers.
