Packsize International is seeking a Resident Service Engineer to install and maintain packaging equipment at customer sites in Joliet, IL. You will diagnose issues, perform start-up tests, and train customers on operation and maintenance while building trusted relationships.

The role requires independent work, strong mechanical skills, and proficiency with Windows/Microsoft Office. Overnight travel may be involved, and a night-shift differential applies.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related area preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure and maintain Packsize equipment onsite at customer facilities.
• Troubleshoot using technical drawings and documentation.
• Perform start-up testing and deliver customer training on product capabilities.
• Travel to customer sites and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Adhere to safety protocols and communicate updates clearly.
