Packsize International is seeking a Resident Service Engineer to install, configure, and maintain Packsize equipment at customer facilities in Indianapolis, IN. You will train customers on product capabilities and perform startup testing, building strong customer relationships.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, on-call availability, and adherence to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment. A strong service mindset and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related area preferred.

Responsabilités

• Scheduling tasks at a customer’s job sites.
• Troubleshooting issues using technical drawings and documentation.
• Collaborating with R&D, Software and Quality Engineering teams.
• Performing routine maintenance and emergency services.
• Analyze KPI data to identify machine performance issues.
