Job summary

Amcor is seeking a field service technician to provide onsite equipment service for Rotary Vacuum Chamber and other packaging equipment in protein processor plants. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain packaging systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years in food packaging, and travel up to 75% with a valid driver’s license. Amcor values safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in electrical or mechanical technology.
• 3–5 years experience in the food packaging industry (materials & machinery).
• Willing to travel 75%+ with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Understands customer requirements relating to problems to products and equipment.
• Performs preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and technical support for Rotary Chamber and other packaging equipment.
