Job summary

Matrix Packaging Machinery, part of ProMach, seeks a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair automated packaging equipment across the US. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, support customer training, and travel extensively to service installations and upgrades.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in machinery repair, plus familiarity with PLC/PC systems and Windows software, and be willing to travel up to 75% (and occasionally internationally).

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles.

• Familiarity with PLC/PC systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot automated packaging equipment.
• Direct customer personnel during installations or servicing.
• Provide customer training on operation and service of machinery.
• Support on-site customization of machine programs and aftermarket parts needs.
